SAFETY AND HALAL CONFERENCE 2018

The National Safety and Halal Conference 2018 is a forum for academics and researchers as well as observers of Indonesian nation and the implementation of UU No. 33 2014. The event was held on July 26, 2018, held by halal study centers in Semarang Diponegoro University in collaboration with a consortium halal central java at Grasia Hotel Semarang. The conference was attended by several speakers namely Prof. Dr. Ir. Sukoso the chairman of the Halal Product Guarantee Board, Prof. Dr. Irwandi Jaswir a halal expert from Malaysia, and Prof. Dr. Widayat, ST., MT. the Chairman of the Center for Halal Studies at the Diponegoro University. The event was also attended by LPOM MUI, Central Java Food Security Service, Industry Related to Halal Products, and Industry Related to a Product Equity Analysis Tool. Chairman of the Halal Research Group Qualified Industry Development, Dr. Sucipto, STP., MP. also participated in the event as the speaker entitle of Halal Control Point Material, Process, and Presentation to Support Halal Certification of College Canteens.
